Zynvoro Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Zynvoro! We are dedicated to delivering your favorite products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processes and delivery times.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Estimated Shipping Times
Because we source our high-quality products directly from manufacturers and suppliers globally to give you the best prices, shipping times can vary depending on your location.

Standard International Shipping: 4 to 8 business days
Note: These are estimated delivery times. Delays due to customs processing, extreme weather, or courier issues are out of our control, but we will always do our best to keep you updated.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to become available in the courier's system.
5. Multiple Packages
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders with multiple items may be fulfilled by different suppliers. As a result, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will receive tracking numbers for each individual package.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Zynvoro is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
While we strive for perfect deliveries, issues occasionally happen in transit.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [hello@zynvoro.com] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Lost/Stolen Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery is confirmed.
8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at [hello@zynvoro.com]. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed.
